Zero failure rate function when typing random characters

Enabling a zero failure rate function when typing in the string of characters that would unlock or pause the block would be a game-changer for me.

So for example, I had it set up with a string of 20 random characters. If I missed one, it would reset what I had typed and I had to really focus to complete it.

What I found is that over time, this was so stressful that it highly discouraged me from cheating.

With the current way FocusMe is set up, I have it set to a string of 40 random characters which is tedious to type out, but not stressful enough to actively discourage me.

I believe this feature would be incredibly easy to implement at the developer level, and the user could choose to activate the feature or not with a simple check box in the settings.

Hi Jon, thanks so much! From a UX standpoint, all you’d need to do is add this as a checkbox function when we set up our plans and settings. Much appreciated :slight_smile:
