I’d like to suggest enabling the “Help Improve FocusMe by Sharing Data Anonymously” setting by default. This kind of feedback is incredibly valuable for the FocusMe team, especially for understanding user behavior and identifying why some people stop using the app shortly after downloading it.
If legal considerations prevent enabling it by default, another option would be to display a popup after installation asking new users if they’d be willing to share data anonymously. Most people would likely agree, whereas very few will notice the setting tucked away at the bottom of the preferences menu.
I truly believe this would help improve FocusMe significantly.
