Hi All,
I am completely new to FocusMe. I have started my trial today. I am trying to add Motzilla Thunderbird email to a plan so I can only use it between 9-10am and 4-5pm Mon-Fri for a maximum of 30 minutes total. I cannot find it in the applications listed. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi Benjamin welcome to FocusMe! Apologies for the delayed response.
To add an app if not showing under Installed Apps list, you can launch the Thunderbird email first, click Add App then select Open Windows tab to view and select the app. You may also check our guide on how to add applications to your blocklist.
