FocusMe does not automatically detect if a computer is idle and pause the timers. A user could come back to their PC to find a forced break running and not be able to use their PC. Also two separate break timers are desirable for short breaks and long breaks.
This feature has been implemented in FocusMe. 
Idle detection is now available in FocusMe.
