How to stop a 'forced' plan?

I had one plan on ‘Forced’. But for some reason the plan is not active on the needed times, but it won’t allow me to change it. What can I do now?
Other plans did the same thing by the way. For some reason, the time function messes up the times I entered in.

Can I stop the forced plan?
