FocusMe can absolutely make you more productive, especially if your main struggle is digital distraction or staying consistent. It gives you structure, blocks temptations, and supports healthier habits. Combined with personal commitment, it becomes one of the most effective productivity tools available.
I completely agree with you! I’ve found FocusMe to be most effective when combined with personal commitment as well. I used to get distracted constantly by social media and YouTube, but with the scheduling and blocking features, I was able to build a routine that kept me focused during specific work hours.
I’ve run into the same situation before when pulling coupons through the BA API. Even with filters set, some unwanted markets still slip in because the API doesn’t currently expose league-level identifiers directly. The way I’ve handled it is to take the data that comes back and then apply my own filtering based on the event name or competition string. It’s not perfect, but it does let you strip out the odd markets that sneak through.
I completely agree, Alie12! FocusMe is a great tool for minimizing distractions and building better habits. When used consistently, it can significantly boost productivity. Have you noticed any specific changes in your routine since using it?

Well I’m bored more, reading more, exercising more and studying more to stave off the boredom so in my case yes.
Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences! It’s great to see how FocusMe works differently for different people. For some, it’s about reducing distractions. For others, it’s about building better habits or simply making it easier to choose reading, exercising, studying, or other meaningful activities over endless scrolling.
One thing we’ve learned is that FocusMe doesn’t magically make you productive—it helps create an environment where being productive becomes the easier choice. The more consistently you use it, the more those habits tend to stick. ![]()
