Blocking web page by keyword in the text

I would love to be able to block a web page from opening by keyword in the text, not just in the title

e.g. I more or less never want to see anything about Trump ever again, so I would love to be able to block any news article that mentions him.
And he is not the only one. You’d just have to remember to Whitelist your email providers in case a friend ever mentioned Trump off-hand in a message!

Website title blocking with regex support allows blocking by keyword in page content.
