Add "Archive plans" under "Plans"

Hello there!

As suggested by the subject, I think it’s nice (not essentially however) to have the ability to archive plans.

So this doesn’t cluster the current “Plans” tab. I have a plan for “Work From Home” that might or might not need in the future (hopefully never due to any pandemic). I don’t want to delete it yet I don’t need it at the moment.

Potential implementation: add a new tab “Archive” under “Plans”
