Add additional Timelimit Frequency

The current time limit period is per hour, per day, per week, and per month. Would be great to have more such as every 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 hours interval.

This way one can set an allowed time limit for just the morning/afternoon at the office using every 4 hour period.
