How does "Device Sync" work?

I’d like to keep the same plans and settings on my PC and laptop. I have turned the “Device Sync” on and created the 'FocusMeSync" inside my OneDrive.

But nothing is happening.

Do the plans suppose to automatically begin syncing across both devices, or do I need to do something else manually?
