When do plans end? It is past midnight

"Plan ends Tuesday, March 17th, 2020"

Well, it's now 16min past midnight, and nothing has happened. I assume it has something to do with timezones, and that by the 18th it will be ended. 

However, it would be nice to know exactly when I can expect it to end, as I'm waiting to modify it further after a three day long test run.

Hi, sorry for the confusion. This means the last effective day will be March 17th. So if you scheduled it to run until midnight, then it will keep going all day on the 17th.

We will improve the text to make that clearer.
