Closing blocked apps even when they are operating in the background

This might be a niche request, but I think adding the ability to close apps even if they are operating in the background (e.g. minimized or obscured behind other apps) would be very helpful in resolving a number of potential cheating methods for FocusMe.

Hi, did you consider blocking by Process Name and then enabling the option Settings->System->Blocking of Background Apps (by Process Name) ?

Unfortunately part of my issue comes from finding cheating methods in apps that I otherwise need access to, so it would be very helpful if the blocking of background apps option also covered other block types such as window title and process path.
