block by keyword in webpage text

Hi, I would love to be able to block a webpage from opening by keyword in the text, not just in the title

eg I more or less never want to see anything about Trump ever again, so I would love to be able to block any news article that mentions him.
And he is not the only one

A massive +1 on this. This would massively reduce the number of plans I have to make for blocking keywords in page titles.

You'd just have to remember to Whitelist your email providers in case a friend ever mentioned Trump off-hand in a message!
