Are you using the regular or the non-admin version of FocusMe? I just added updating to the non-admin version a couple of weeks ago and the regular version already has it although it's not fully automatic.. you need to access the Settings screen of FocusMe to install an update. But this should be possible regardless if a plan is enabled or not. It would help if you can contact us via https://focusme.com/support/ so we can look into this more closely for you!
