I think RescueTime has something like that but I don't see how to do that with the current interface.

FocusMe has a pause feature which you can see here: https://focusme.com/docs/how-to-protect-a-focus-plan-from-yourself/
Or you can just set a fixed gap in your schedule. This guide should help: https://focusme.com/docs/how-to-use-the-focusme-scheduler/
